America's Best Wings And Seafood

This was the worst Ubereats order I've ever had. The chicken wings were stale, overcooked, and I could see sprouts of feathers in it. All the food was stale and I was hesitant to eat it. The "cajun" rice was just yellow rice with no seasoning. The burger was ver sloppy, sinking in mayo and ketchup. It didn't taste good at all. I spent a lot and was very disappointed.

I order a 5 wing combo and received 5 wings only. I called the store to inform them of the mistake. I was then told that $14.38 was the cost of 5 wings. I told them that's incorrect because a combo is $13.99 They then told me that it's a glitch in the Doordash system and they will have to call them. In the meantime I am out of my food. I called back 10 times and was hung up on when asking to speak to a manager. I continued to call back until I reached a manager. The women who answered the phone said she was the manager and hung up on me too. I will never spend my money here again. How do you treat a loyal customer like this. This was rude and ignorant. I patronized them and was treated like garbage and dismissed. Do Not order here at America's Best Wings in Owings Mills Newtown on Groff Mill Road

I was skeptical after seeing some of the reviews. I LOVE wings. So I was like “Alight, just go and get a ten piece and try them out.” These were SO GOOD! Not the best. But they were delicious. Cooked perfectly and the sauce was so good! Not to much sauce and not to little. I got the Hot Sauce, it wasn’t to hot either. It was just the right amount of heat. Walked in and ordered and they were prepared rather quickly. Service was okay nothing to remember. The food was good so that’s all that mattered in the end.

Place seems to be going downhill! The last 2 times I've eaten here the chicken was soo hard, tough, and dry. The fries weren't hot either. Very disappointed as I used to love this location when I was in the mood for wings! Yea I'm done! Stars went from 2 to 1. Tf is wrong with this place??? I I asked for a cheesesteak combo with with wings(no tomatoes, no hots) it's like they skipped the cheese and added mustard....who tf does that?!!! The wings were ok this time, but last time they were dry and hard as heck! With the price increase ppl should be able to enjoy their food!! I'll travel to a different location if I really want Americas best wings!!! Tired of paying for garbage!!
